Texture Tuesday Free & Easy Edition-Mini May

Another late Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday! This is a butterfly that my children and I watched change from a caterpillar to butterfly. I had to shoot some photos as I let it go in my garden! I used Kim's new texture called kkgrungeframed. Used it at %100 multiply. Check out Kim's blog at

She has some great textures and is very generous in giving freebies if you sign up for her newsletters!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Texture Tuesday

Well, it's Texture Tuesday on Kim Klassen's site today called:
http://www.kimklassencafe.com/

This week's challenge was to watch a tutorial on her website to add a "blanket of light" to your photo and also add one of her textures. Here is my try! I added the blanket of light with a gradient to transparent and also added her texture called Cherished Scripted set at 79%.  Thanks for taking a look. Definitely need to practice the blanket of light more!

Texture Try-From my Valentine's Window

I used Kim Klassen's texture titled Minus43 on this photo. I have been getting free textures from Kim in my email and have used a few, but never tried to link up before to her site. So here goes my first try. If you like this, check out Kim Klassen's website here:

Sign up for her emails and she will generously send you free textures to give a try! They are really beautiful and can add so much to a photograph!
