Texture Tuesday Free & Easy Edition-Mini May

Another late Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday! This is a butterfly that my children and I watched change from a caterpillar to butterfly. I had to shoot some photos as I let it go in my garden! I used Kim's new texture called kkgrungeframed. Used it at %100 multiply. Check out Kim's blog at

Thanks for stopping by and have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Home Sweet Home Texture Tuesday Challenge

Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday challenge this week was Black and White Perhaps With a Touch of Color. I chose to use her Cherish texture. I used it twice. One layer as an overlay at 65% and another layer using multiply at 100%. These cute little metal houses were at a roadside treasures stand in Barberville, Florida. Thanks for stopping by!

Texture Tuesday-Pop

Today is Texture Tuesday over at Kim Klassen's blog. Her theme this week is Pop. She used a sunflower photo as an example. That made me remember some photos I just recently took at EPCOT'S Flower and Garden Festival. I added her Musiclovin texture to this photo. Added a sentiment and maybe one day will use this as a card or postcard. Check her blog out at:

The theme for the week is a Little Flower Power.

Such a sad sight to see the charred remains of The Senator today. What a selfish act on the part of a woman (doing drugs) to burn down 3,500 years of history.

Texture Tuesday

Late again! Oh well, better late then never! I wanted to try something different today, so I tried to find something a little more whimsical to add texture to. Looking back through my files I found this photo took with my iPhone and Olloclip. Glass beads of a chicken and egg that I just love! Thanks, Mom!
So here is my masterpiece! he he! I used Kim Klassen's Sybil texture. Three layers at different blends modes (screen and multiply, with different opacities).
