I made a chocolate Mayonnaise cake today! The recipe is my mom's! It is so good! I remember her cutting a small hole on top of the cupcake for the icing and putting the top back on. I didn't have all the right ingredients for her frosting, but I had ingredients to make chocolate cream cheese icing! Delicious! The kids loved it!
